this is what i like about coaches with a strong character , their character always reflects on the team's character and this always gives the team a big push in their confidence level.
Hossam Hassan proved to be one of these kind of coaches and this is his key 2 success so far as a coach.
maybe not the best tactician but as u said shinnawy knows how 2 deal with the psychological part.
