This is the place to discuss anything about Inter Milan
It's for the genral discussions about anything related to The Nerrazzurri
This is The Curva Nord , the place for the loyal Interisti to talk about our team problems weather it's related to formation , transfers , injuries , performances and anything else.

with the current players i dont think we have the ability 2 play Mourinho's 4-3-3 unless we get another classy winger beside Mancini.
Figo is so old n became slow and predictable n picks up many injuries we cannot reply on him at all while Balotelli is still young and plays more as a striker so he will need 2 gain more experience and more time 2 adapt to this new position.
This is why we need Quaresma so much n i hope we can finalize this deal soon.

Stank is a Jose convert

Thursday 28 August, 2008

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Inter's Serbian star Dejan Stankovic has spoken in favour of Jose Mourinho's coaching techniques but admits, “I've never seen anything like it.”

The Special One hasn't wasted any time in making his mark at Inter and implemented his methods from day one.

Roberto Mancini's assistant Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic has suggested that Mourinho's strict schedule may have caused a recent injury crisis, but Stankovic has defended the Portuguese boss.

“I could immediately see that Mourinho was a great Coach,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“The summer preparations surprised me because we were on the pitch from the beginning.

“That was something that I haven't seen in my 13-year career but I enjoyed it.”

Stankovic had been linked with a sensational switch to rivals Juventus this summer but he is now certain that he is staying put.

“It made me feel important when Mourinho stressed that I wasn't for sale,” he explained. “It confirmed that he takes me seriously.

“It took a weight off my shoulders because the journalists have been trying to send me away from Inter.

“At the moment my new role between the defence and the midfield is going well and I am enjoying myself.

“We are all trying to improve at making the way we play second nature so that we all move as a unit.”

The ex-Lazio man concluded by stressing his satisfaction with the direction Inter are taking.

“The Inter I saw against Roma last Sunday was already a great Inter,” he stated. “We were very charged, focused and determined to do well.

“On a personal level I have to forget last year quickly but only on a physical level.

“You could say that I have been reborn because I wasn't at my best last year but it is too early to say because we have still only played one official game.

“I just need to think about the end of the championship and the images from winning the Scudetto.”

Ibra hails Mourinho mentality

Thursday 28 August, 2008

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zlatan Ibrahimovic insists his knee injury is almost completely healed and has joined the Inter players' chorus of praise for Jose Mourinho.

The giant Swedish marksman missed a significant period of last term due to a knee complaint but he returned to secure the title on the final day of the season.

There had been fears that Ibra would be ruled out of the start of the 2008-09 campaign with the same problem but he has moved to reassure Inter fans.

“The knee is much better,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “I can't say that it is completely healed but I am already able to play a game every three days.”

Ibrahimovic had a tempestuous relationship with former Coach Roberto Mancini, but he seems enamoured with new man Jose Mourinho.

“He is the most complete boss that I have ever had both on and off the pitch,” he claimed.

“He pays attention to every detail and you can see the difference immediately. There is a new spirit - the squad has more belief and we are ready to control games.”

The former Juventus man also cast his mind back to the moment when he knew Mancini's days at San Siro were numbered.

“It was after the game against Liverpool,” he recalled. “His words jeopardised the relationship of trust and damaged the harmony of the squad. We started to struggle from that point on.

“Little things can make the difference such as the atmosphere, the mentality and confidence.”

Moratti: A lesson for Jose

Sunday 31 August, 2008

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tension is rising at Inter as Massimo Moratti thinks the debut draw “could be a good lesson for Jose Mourinho” and “we don’t need Ricardo Quaresma.”

Inter’s Serie A season did not go entirely as planned with a 1-1 draw away to Sampdoria on Saturday night.

As Mourinho only won the Italian Super Cup on a penalty shoot-out against Roma, he is yet to actually win a 90-minute official match in the peninsula.

“The team played relatively well in what is always a very tricky arena and we can consider that a good result,” said the President.

“It’s not like England here, there is always this constant level of pressure and no easy games, but I think Mourinho dealt with it. It could be a good lesson for him.

“Besides, we drew the opening game last year as well and ended up with the Scudetto, so let’s hope this tradition continues.”

Mourinho seemed tense after the final whistle at Marassi and made no secret of his irritation at the inability to sign Quaresma from Porto.

The Coach pointed out “I respect the President and the club. They know my opinion on Quaresma and I’ve been saying it for a long time, but I respect them and my work does not change.”

Just when a deal appeared to be in the final straits, Moratti himself pulled the plug on the £14.5m move.

“We don’t need Quaresma. Inter played well in attack against Sampdoria and he is not necessary.”

here we go again
just 1 game in the Serie A n the press started 2 practice their fav hobby with makin up their imaginary stories.
What Moratti said about Mourinho yesterday is supposed 2 be positive but the media just think they can make somethin negative out of it givin the report a bit critical n offensive title 2 stir up problems.

Moratti talked very well about Mou n even said that in such a hard game with huge pressure it's great 2 see Mourinho able 2 handle it even in his 1st game in Italian football n this is somethin positive 4 sure but the press ignored that n picked just 1 work from Miratti's quotes which is Mou learned his lesson which look like a criticism from Moratti 2 Mourinho which is definatly wrong.

The press is just messin with the wrong guy , IMO these tricks worked with a coach like Mancini havin a weak character but definatly they wont work with a charismatic coach like Mourinho.

Milan lost in Meazza 2 Bologna , Roma drew with Napoli in the olympico , good news 4 Inter we didnt miss much after yesterday's draw n at least our result was better than these 2 who played home games.

Quaresma The Worst, Ronnie The Best - Dossena

Italy international Andrea Dossena has stated that he is not convinced by new Inter signing Ricardo Quaresma, while he has hailed Milan’s Ronaldinho as the best Serie A purchase of the summer.

Portuguese winger Quaresma finally completed his move to Inter from Porto at the beginning of this week, following a summer long soap opera.

Critics have been split over whether the 24-year-old was worth the €30.6m that Inter will potentially pay for him, and one player who is far from impressed is new Liverpool left back Dossena.

"For now I am not convinced,” the former Udinese star told the Gazzetta dell Sport.

“There is a question mark next to Quaresma. He did not have a great Euro 2008.

“I would like to see him on the field, I am curious.”

Dossena then offered his opinion on some of the other major transfers in Italy this summer, hailing Milan’s Ronaldinho as the best coup.

"I like Poulsen and Mellberg [of Juventus], they are two excellent purchases,” he said.

“The two best signings? Above all, Ronaldinho [for Milan]. He is still finding his way back but he is the number 1.

“Fiorentina have made a great purchase too in buying Felipe Melo [from Almeria]."

Dossena is currently on international duty with Italy ahead of their 2010 World Cup qualifying double-header against Cyprus and Georgia.

Who the fuck is Dossena 2 give his oppinion on the mercato
the asshole is lucky he moved 2 England cause if he was still here Quaresma could have made a fool out of him.
he should concentrate on gettin himself a startin spot in Liverpool 1st then give his oppinion.

Adriano: "Just like a birthday"

Tuesday, 09 September 2008 18:56:10

It's seven years today since Adriano made his league debut for Inter. On 9 September 2001 he came off the bench at the Stadio Tardini to play the last 20 minutes of the Nerazzurri's 2-2 draw with Parma.

"It's like a birthday today, I have been playing for Inter for seven years now," the Brazilian striker told Inter Channel after today's training session. "I remember very well when I arrived here in Milan. I was very young. Now I have grown, both physically and as a man, but I'm still the same person and I'm really happy to still be at this club.

"That match against Parma was my first in the Italian championship. It has a special meaning for me. At the end of it I was happy and moved. But now I'm thinking about the present and I hope that me and the team can give the fans lots to shout about."

Adriano is back in full training with the squad after a few weeks on the sidelines, and is relishing his return to competitive action.

"It's a shame about the muscular problem I've had, but these are things that can happen," he admitted. "I was in great form before getting hurt and I was showing the coach that I really want to get back to being the Adriano of a few years ago, but I'm fine now and I have already trained with the squad. I'm hoping to be available to the coach starting from Saturday's match against Catania.

"I'd like to play a few minutes against Catania and do well, but I know it won't be easy because I have been out for three weeks. I'm at the service of the coach and I hope to help my team-mates."
